We accept all major credit cards and Zelle for debit as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Cash payments are accepted only for in-person work. The easiest thing to do is keep a credit card on file within the secure client payment portal. It will be charged at the time of service.


If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged for the full rate of the session.


We choose to be out-of-network with insurance companies so as to avoid their involvement in your treatment.  Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, which becomes a permanent part of your medical record. This means you self pay upfront at the time of service and then you can choose to submit for reimbursement should you want to. Call your insurance company to determine if they have out-of-network benefits. If they do, we can provide a Super Bill (please note that this requires a diagnosis code).
